Standard shipping via common carrier delivery to your, signature required.  Carrier will call to set up a delivery time so please provide a good day phone number.  Extraordinary delivery requirements will necessitate additional fees which are the customer's responsibility.  The estimated delivery time is 3-5 weeks from the time the order is confirmed.

- Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway
- It is your responsibility to inspect the spa prior to the delivery agents departure
